Harn NPC - Isstvan Joline
History:
Isstvan Joline was born in Bekar, Rethem in 686
during the violence of the Ezar's War. His family, probably of some
distant Kuboran lineage, worked on the docks. Isstvan grew up among the
turmoil of the merchants, made greater by the political turmor in the
empire. Through connections made on the docks, by age eighteen Isstvan
was able to start a small business trading goods brought by boat ...
Description:
"Jolly" is a big man in the caravan industry. Not
so much because of his importance, though at times he's certainly one of
the kingpins, but because of his love of food. At one point, Isstvan
had to struggle for his work and had the body to prove it. Now, he's
got a son to handle the footwork and this equally shows by his frame.
Jolly is broad across the shoulders and the beltline both. His legs rub
together when he walks and his arms flap on his sides. His smile is
large, as are the chins beneath it. He has a thinning crop of waxy black
hair and the tanned skin that comes from years of working under the
summer sun. He is always dressed in bright colors and both his look and
his personality add a feel of gaity whereever he goes.

- In 686, Jolly was born in Bekar, Rethem.
- In 703, Jolly marries Iren.
- In 705, Jolly started is own trading business.
- In 705, Thorvold is born.
- In 719, Jolly borrows some money and starts traveling to Kaldor
to buy/sell goods.
- In 720, Jolly is 34.
